Great casino with a great variety of games! Depositing money is very easy and fast! Withdrawing money isn’t that easy or fast, but verifying your identity is very easy and takes several minutes. My first withdrawal was processed successfully after a lot of live chats and emails sent to customer support. The withdrawal was pending for days at that moment, whilst the casino offers a lightning-fast withdrawal process. My second and third withdrawal requests are still pending at this moment, after 4 days. Customer service sent an email with an explanation after I asked for it several times. The casino is busy and working hard to pay all the requested withdrawals of those customers, but they are very busy because of an ‘overload’ of requested withdrawals, they said. I really hope I will receive my money, but waiting for more than 4 days is not a very positive thing… I hope they can solve the withdrawal issues, cause Winhero os a very nice casino to play!
