i am a customer and they upped me to plus customer which means a vip so the had a game promotion to wager £150 and over to enter the box bonanza so i wagered over £200 i got a box and when i opened i got £6 which is a joke it should have been 10% or more when i complained to customer service they was not helpful and they even had the nerve to recommend a friend the only thing i would be recommending is to stay away and go to licescore bet because at the end of the month they call you and then drop 10% of your deposit
